The following message comes from the Buta Connection forums on July 19:
"Dans le planning des sorties vidéo du second semestre 2009 présenté dans le magazine LesAnnéesLaser de Juillet/Août Ponyo sur la falaise est annoncé pour Décembre, en DVD et en Blu-Ray."
The website for Les Annees Laser can be found here. I haven't found anything online to verify the claims of a December Ponyo DVD/BR release, but anyone with access to the print magazine should be able to find out.
