Like many anime television series of the 1970s, Future Boy Conan was exported around the world. It became especially popular in Arabic-speaking countries in the Persian Gulf region, where it was dubbed Adnan wa Lina. Nice! The best part - all 26 episodes of the Arabic dub are available online. It appears this version is slightly letterboxed, which means part of the top and bottom of the 4:3 frame was cut out. Ah, well.
The Ghibli Blog actually has a few followers in the Middle East, so I hope everyone there can enjoy this series and follow the Conan blogathon. Enjoy!
